I have had a lot of requests for some perch colored snack size trout body baits.
So when Jeremy Anderson and I did dome paint work for each other I asked him to paint up a couple for the show.
I just figured I would share it. Also pictured is one of his Sun fish paint schemes on the Snack Size Blue Gill.
Things have been hectic around here but we finally got the product website up for my swimbaits.

I have been grinding away preparing baits for the 2008 Bass-a-Thon. I'll have a table up there with all the Snack Size Swimbaits on Saturday and Sunday, including a whole bunch of new colors. The new product website is also almost done and will be up by the end of the week.
Hopefully things will turn back to some sort of normalcy next week when I get back from Anaheim (meaning no more 12 hour days).
I figured I would share some of the new colors of the Snack Size Swimbaits that will be available at the Bass-a-Thon at Angler's Marine this weekend. I will also be bringing 10 Crappie and 10 Dark Bluegill in my new bait.

A few weeks ago I spent a day on the water with Cal from Tackletour.com
Cal has completed a write up and can be seen on their site.
Here is a video Cal edited together as well. Unfortunately the bite was non-existant but we had a great time and the video turned out great.

I finally grabbed a tape out of my camera bag today and put a few short clips together of bass being caught on the Snack Size Trout. This was from Clear Lake this last July, I can not promise a G rating on the language.

So here they are the first two final Snack Size Blue Gill body baits to roll out.
First is the Clear Lake Crappie
Next is the Dark Blue Gill
These baits will be available in the next few months. Both come in at 6 1/2”.

Fishing the Snack Size Trout Swimbait
I finally went out and got a short clip of the My Snack Size Swimbaits a few weeks back so I figured I would post it up. Work on the new JSJ Tackle website is going slow to say the least but it will be up soon.
The prototypes of the new Snack Size blue gill bait are done and I am currently starting in on the molds for that bait this week. Here is a short video clip of the new Snack Size Blue gill Prototype as well
I want to get some feedback on this color scheme.
I think it obviously would be a great night color; charge it up and cast it out, Fish would have an easy time seeing it
It just looks freaking cool as well.

New Snack Size Trout swimbait color
I have been slowly working on a two joint hard bluegill body bait for the last couple months and figured I would give everyone a sneak peek.
It will be a 6″ bait with double Owner treble hooks and will feature the same tail as my other line of baits.
I will be getting my sinking model Snack Size Trout baits out pretty quick here; I am still playing around with different fall rates.
