Sneek Peek At The New JSJ “Dirty Bird”
So For those of you who follow my blog may have caught word of another bait I spent the later part of summer and earlier fall working on. I had so much fun with the "Hell Bird" and "Hell Fish" that I was inspired to build the new JSJ "Dirty Bird".
Oh Man – this is a fun one to fish. It is a single joint 8", 3 ounce topwater buzz type bait. Hell I don't even have a category to put it into.
It can be retrieved in a few different ways; burned or slow rolled without the bait diving, walked with a real tight action by slapping your rod tip to one side.It can also be popped like a big popper. The noise from the joint clacking combined with the buzz tail is a fish catching combo.
I will debuting them at the "Bass Jam" on the 14th and 15th of this month along with my new 10" Trout Wake Bait. There will be limited quantities so make sure to get there early.

George Kramer Top 40 List Posted For 2009
For those of you who are not familiar with " Kramer Gone Fishing" it is a blog written by George Kramer, an outdoor writer since 1973.
He does a yearly top angler list and it is always fun to see who he picks Based on all sorts of factors throughout the year. My good friend Matt Allan ended up in 16th which was a great surprise to him. Matt spends more time on the water than anyone I know due to his success with "Monavie". Congratulations, Matt and all who made the list.
